Mike Rudolph, Principal Consultant Mr. Rudolph is the President and Founder of Protocol Solutions LLC. He has been creating and implementing solutions to grow companies for the past 30 years. He has a passion for developing solutions to problems and educating those on such methodologies. Mike is an adjunct Professor at Keller Graduate School if Managment teaching courses in Information Technology, Wireless Technology, Networks, VoIP, Project Managment, Risk Managment, and Strategic Managment of High Technology.

Two different telephony solutions to upgrade to the latest IP-PBX solutions. As a vendor neutral consultant, He provided end to end solutions that included architecture design, selecting best-of-class solutions for the hardware, and negotiations with the Inter-Exchange Carriers for network transport.
He had worked a contractor for a major health organization to provide a custom call center solution CRM and an associated Data Warehouse. His team was responsible for the design, development, test, deployment and operations of these components as well as the data center server farm in support of three call centers.
While working for AT&T in the Worldwide Project Managment group, he lead teams of Project Managers to provide custom network deployment services for Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to that he worked for at Lockheed Martin Corporation in Missle Systems, Anti-Submarine and Submarine Warefare, and later their Commercial Services group. Locations incluuded Denver, Co.; Syracuse, N.Y.; and Atlanta, GA. Lockheed Martin engages in the research, design, development, manufacture, integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services.
He is a graduate of Ohio Institute of Technology where he received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology. He received a post graduate degree from the University of Rochester where he received an Executive MBA. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
